New identity for Pivoton

The case
After Clarissima Capital acquired a majority interest in CTB Flex, they renamed the company Pivoton. Internet entrepreneurs Erwin Rooymans and Roy Miller wanted to unleash a new digital revolution in the flex market through their new investment company. Linden & Barbosa were tasked with both repositioning the company and devising a new name for it.

The approach
We began the process by conducting client interviews and undertaking desk research. This information resulted in a brand passport, which is a description of what the brand wants stand for. A brand passport provides companies with guidance for their contact moments with the outside world. Our next step was to perform a SWOT analysis and identify the competition, and this resulted in a new brand and communication strategy. Furthermore, we developed a corporate identity and we were involved in the implementation of the chosen strategy.
