Using the slogan ‘My shirt is your DVD’, ex-international players Aron Winter and Richard Witschge presented the digital must-have for the forthcoming World Cup tournament today at the Dutch hotel Hotels van Oranje: ‘Oranjesterren’, a DVD presenting the stars of the national Dutch football team. A number of players from the Dutch team were presented with the first copies of ‘Oranjesterren’ by ex-colleagues Winter and Witschge. Diverse media such as De Telegraaf, Privé, Jetix Magazine, ANP, RTV Noord-Holland, Entertainment Live and Oranjejournaal registered this moment.
Winter and Witschge are shareholders of Ever Moving Circle (EMC), the company that has recently concluded a contract with the Dutch football association, the KNVB. The agreement gives EMC permission to use the images of all twenty-three of the players selected for the Dutch national football team for the 2006 World Cup obtained during the qualifying stages of the competition in 2004 and 2005. The images have been processed to create twenty-three DVDs that can be collected and arranged on a game board in the form of a football pitch. The DVDs are made in the shape of the new World Cup shirt and include highlights, goals and interviews of all of the twenty-three players selected for the Dutch national team, plus access to an interactive website. Linden & Barbosa are directing the PR campaign surrounding the launch, which consists of a press conference, competitions with various media and autograph sessions at Post Offices and Bruna.

Raffi & Co BV will introduce its new collection of interior and lifestyle products under the brand name of Raffi. The products range from bed linen and bath linen, right through to greeting cards. Aimed at contemporary women aged between the ages of 20 and 40 years, Raffi’s appealing and sparkling designs are both cheerful and stylish at the same time. In addition, Raffi & Co BV is also introducing a range of products for children. Linden & Barbosa has been commissioned to introduce the brand to the press. The first point of contact will be the distribution of a Raffi press kit, containing information about the brand, the design studio, and a number of products, and pictorial material. The purpose is to gain free publicity in women’s lifestyle magazines, interiors magazines and daily newspapers, as well as on television.
